How do I start a session?
Tap the active session tab, configure your temperature and sauna type, then press Start.
How do I log a past session?
Use the manual log option to enter session details retroactively including rounds, temperature, and wellness metrics.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings inside the app and tap "Reset All Sessions" to delete all session history, or "Delete Body Profile" to remove body measurements.
Is my data shared or uploaded anywhere?
No. All data stays on your device. Nothing is transmitted to any server.
Does the app support HealthKit?
Yes. If connected, the app reads sleep data locally to display recovery insights. It never uploads HealthKit data.
