Overview

Sauna Metrics is a sauna session tracking app for iOS. All data you enter — sauna sessions, wellness ratings, notes, and settings — is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData framework. It never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

Data We Store

All data you enter — sauna sessions, wellness ratings, notes, and settings — is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData framework. It never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

Apple HealthKit

If you choose to connect HealthKit, Sauna Metrics reads your sleep analysis data to correlate it with your sauna sessions and display recovery insights. This data:

  • Is read locally on your device only
  • Is never uploaded, shared, or transmitted anywhere
  • Is never used for advertising or analytics
  • Can be disconnected at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Sauna Metrics

No Tracking or Analytics

Sauna Metrics does not use:

  • Analytics or crash reporting tools
  • Advertising SDKs
  • Third-party data collection services

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time from the Settings tab inside the app ("Reset All Sessions"). Deleting the app removes all associated data from your device.
